Elizabeth Stewart-Williams

Chief Executive Officer

Elizabeth "Liz" is deeply committed to the Black community and holds a variety of important roles, including Mom, Sister, Daughter, Christian, Friend, Founder, Mediator, Ombuds, Director, PhD Student, and Activist.

 

She is the founder of several initiatives, including LE Dispute Resolution Services LLC, the IAmProSe Survivors Network, and the Domestic Violence (DV) Collective.

 

Liz has an educational background that includes a BA in Political Science from the University of Oklahoma (OU) and a Master’s in Dispute Resolution (MDR) from the Pepperdine Caruso School of Law. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Conflict Analysis & Resolution at Nova Southeastern University.

 

Above all, Liz is a proud mother of two beautiful children and is deeply grateful for her Black skin and the Black community.

Sydney Benton

Chief Operating Officer

Sydney is a proud mom of three, a dedicated wife, and a small business owner originally from Little Rock, Arkansas, now based in Atlanta, Georgia. After leaving her corporate career in early 2024, she launched SyddieBcreates, a creative business where she designs custom coloring books from personal photos to help children learn in meaningful and engaging ways.

Passionate about advocating for the Black community and supporting Black women in STEM, Sydney holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics. She uses her knowledge to tackle challenges, promote education, and inspire others to break through barriers.

 

Inspired by her favorite quote, “Never be limited by other people’s limited imagination” – Dr. Mae Jemison, she strives to live boldly, uplift those around her, and contribute to creating a more inclusive future.

Dr. Nikisha Ware

Chief Financial Officer

Dr. Nikisha Ware is a Chief Impact Strategist who empowers Black women to transform financial uncertainty into clarity. A licensed financial professional with decades of experience, she has secured over $1 billion in funds for individuals and organizations, blending intuitive strategies with proven expertise.

Adrian Amerson-Osorez

Chief Compliance Officer

Adrian is the proud owner of Consistently A, a virtual assistant company that helps businesses streamline operations and grow. With a focus on compliance, strategic planning and efficiency, Adrian is passionate about empowering others through her work.

 

Originally from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, she now resides in the Dallas-Ft. Worth Metroplex in Texas. Adrian earned her MBA from Texas Woman's University. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, going off-roading, taking road trips, and exploring new restaurants.

Committed to uplifting her community and serving as a public servant, Adrian values volunteering and mentoring. She believes in the power of collaboration and giving back, striving to create positive change, inspire others, and foster partnerships that make a meaningful impact.

Dr. Tamiquia T. Simon

Chief Learning Officer

Dr. Tamiquia T. Simon, originally from South Jamaica, New York, now resides in Florence, South Carolina. A mother and grandmother, she has dedicated her career to addressing racism and inequality, spending 15 years in education and 7 years in Behavioral Health, advocating for people of color to access mental health services.

As the National Coordinator for the People Institute for Survival and Beyond, she works to dismantle systemic racism through education and advocacy. Dr. Simon is also the founder of TAPA Educational Resources, which focuses on educational equity, and the Black Progressive Movement, which supports Black-owned businesses and community empowerment.

Active in community service, Dr. Simon serves as Grand Secretary for the Prince Hall Grand Chapter Order of the Eastern Star and helps families navigate educational and mental health resources. She also represents Region 3 of the Morehouse College Parent Council. Passionate about advocating for disadvantaged populations, her guiding philosophy is, “When life kicks you, kick her back.”
